By sharing and further enhancing these principles across the entire Futaba Group, and by delivering them to more communities around the world, we aim to be a company that contributes meaningfully to society.<\/p>\r\n    <p>In 2020, we identified key themes (materiality) based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and have since worked to address environmental and social issues through our business activities, while strengthening the management foundation that supports these efforts. In recent years, societal expectations have evolved significantly, including greater emphasis on biodiversity and respect for human rights. In response to these changes, we will reassess and discuss our material issues and management priorities, and promote them in an integrated manner across our global operations.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Contributing to the realization of a sustainable society is a mission we embrace as a company. To fulfill this mission, the Futaba Group itself must continue to grow as a sustainable company over the long term. For this reason, we position \u201cInvestment in people\u201d and \u201cCoexistence with nature\u201d as key themes. By supporting the growth of each employee and enabling everyone to play an active role as a unified team, we will drive the execution of our management strategies and the creation of social value.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Even in a rapidly changing environment, the Futaba Group will leverage the strengths we have cultivated over the years to address social challenges and achieve our business goals.
